Legal representation in Civil cases

Disputes are a part of everyday life of any democracy. When disputes come to a deadlock and cannot be resolved otherwise the parties involved in a dispute go to the court.

Civil justice system of Ukraine is based on the principal of competition of the parties according to which each side of the dispute has to prove their case in front of a judge. Undoubtedly, participation of an experienced lawyer in civil proceedings can greatly influence the judge’s decision and help our clients to win the case.

Commonly people think that the most important part of pre-court activity is preparation of the proper documents. It is not always the case! It also includes development of case strategy, ability to foresee the possible progression of the case up until the execution of court decision, gathering of key evidences, examination of similar cases in search for precedents and preparation of the speech. Winning the case depends not only on strong knowledge of law but also involves the ability of the lawyer to make quick decisions, being able to use psychology, rhetoric and logical skills.

Professionalism of the lawyer is the key component in winning the case.
