"Family lawyer"
In order to serve our clients more efficiently Tarasov and Partners has now a new program called Family lawyer. The idea behind this program is to provide the whole range of legal services to all family members for a low monthly fee. Clients choose from a list of services, only services that they may need in the future. Size of the monthly fee can be as low as 300 UAH and up. It depends on the number of adults in the family and number of services that particular clients require and will not increase for the period of the duration of agreement.
Here are some of the services that Tarasov and Partners provides under Family lawyer program: Legal advices and legal opinions on the whole scope of legal issues; Lawyer on call; Drafting and filing petition; Conducting negotiations with thirds parties; Analyzing and drafting agreements; Representations in courts; Notary public; Translation of legal documents (English); Registration of copyright and related rights; Legalization, etc.
