In October 2018, a British citizen Robert Urwin came to Ukraine to attend the conference, but was forced to stay here for a long fourteen months. Authorities in the United Arab Emirates accused him of fraud, which allegedly took place in 2006, and appealed to Interpol to detain him.
Robert Urvin was arrested in Ukraine, the UAE insisted on his extradition, but Tarasov & Partners lawyer Tetiana Glushkova did not allow this. Thanks to her efforts, Mr. Urwin was fired, but his movement was still limited while the red card (wanted mark) remained in the Interpol database.
All this time Tetiana Glushkova represented the interests of Robert Urvin during the passage of all procedural procedures at the national level.

Evgenii Nazarenko, a partner of Tarasov & Partners, spoke about how frequent precedents were, when poachers were still punished, and what punishment was generally prescribed for this, in a commentary to the Today website.
