Court has restored the infringed rights
The Commercial Court of Donetsk Oblast has inhibited of use of trade mark “PROFILINE”, which is owned by the Tarasov & Partners’s client. The rights of our client were infringed by the company-competitor. Representation of the client’s interests in the court was provided by Andrey Tarasov and Alexandr Subbotin.

Court obliged well-known newspaper to refute the article
On 16 April 2010 Kyiv’s District Court obliged the editors office of well-known Ukrainian newspaper “Segodnia” to refute disseminated article, which had been published earlier.

Complicated dispute settled by settlement agreement
On 27 April 2010 Pecherskiy District Court of Kyiv approved settlement agreement in civil case initiated against Tarasov & Partner’s client. Compensation of plaintiff’s damages resulted by a fire was Subject of the dispute.
