Kyiv Appeal Commercial Court has upheld the Court of First Instance’s ruling on recovering of a debt from the State Administration. The amount of the debt is more than UAH 600 000. Complicated dispute settled by settlement agreement

On 27 April 2010 Pecherskiy District Court of Kyiv approved settlement agreement in civil case initiated against Tarasov & Partner’s client. Compensation of plaintiff’s damages resulted by a fire was Subject of the dispute.
