Court obliged well-known newspaper to refute the article

On 16 April 2010 Kyiv’s District Court obliged the editors office of well-known Ukrainian newspaper “Segodnia” to refute disseminated article, which had been published earlier. False information was taken as basis for the article, which denigrated honor and dignity of Tarasov & Partners’s client. Pleading of the case was managed by the managing partner Andrii Tarasov.
