Complicated dispute settled by settlement agreement

On 27 April 2010 Pecherskiy District Court of Kyiv approved settlement agreement in civil case initiated against Tarasov & Partner’s client. Compensation of plaintiff’s damages resulted by a fire was Subject of the dispute. The settlement agreement was concluded in the result of skilled actions of our specialists.
